The reception service has always been very good, helpful and kind. Also the location next to the polder is beautiful in my opinion. What is more, it is pretty well connected to the city center (with bus 74 you'll be there in 10 mins more or less). Bytheway, the breakfast was under the average, especially the choice of the raw materials for the food. There's not a lot of variety, and unfortunately just a few vegetarian options (oat, rice, soy or almond milk in 2021 should be the norm). Not to talk about the vegan ones. But the worst point of all I would say was the cleaning service: first of all, they never used the broom when cleaning our room and I was seriously embarrassed to see how dirty it got in just 4 days; secondly, they changed towels although they were not on the floor and one day apparently entered but didn't touch anything (not the towels, neither the beds nor the floors); last point is that once they entered the room without even knocking on the door and we were still asleep. I don't think you can ask for 90+ € per night with this kind of room cleaning service, should definitely revise the prices or the cleaning staff standards. And I am really sorry to say all of this because in the beginning I definitely apprecoated the cosy atmosphere and the kindness of the staff! Hope you get better so that I can suggest the hotel to others in the future.
