Immersa nel bosco di querce, ideale per gruppi familiari o di amici, la casa accoglie comodamente 12 persone. Nel giardino una piscina (12x6) attrezzata con lettini sdraio, sedie, tavoli, un gazebo ed una doccia ricavata nella pietra. Il parco di 40.000 mq. (recintato ai confini) è diviso in terrazzamenti con antichi muri di pietra travertina nei quali sono state recuperati tralci di vigna.
Un posto sicuro per bambini, dove godere di privacy, tranquillità e silenzio assoluti.
Questa splendida proprietà può ospitare con comodità 12 persone, con 4 camere da letto doppie, una doppia trasformabile in tripla al piano terra, ed una singola trasformabile in doppia. Inoltre ci sono tre bagni.
La casa è composta di tre livelli: un piano terra con una grande salone con divani, poltrone sedie ed un camino antico e funzionante, una sala da pranzo con vista, una ampia cucina attrezzata con 4 fuochi, due frigoriferi, un freezer, una lavastoviglie, lavatrice, un forno, forno a microonde, un piano di lavoro ed un altro grande tavolo e 10 sedie per pranzarvi, una camera da letto doppia (attrezzabile per tripla) accessibile ai disabili, un bagno accessibile ai disabili, una stanza da giochi con tavolo da pingpong; al primo piano si trovano gli altri due bagni forniti di doccia e servizi, e tre camere da letto doppie; infine il terzo piano è costituito da una camera doppia con vista sulla valle dell'Ambra ricavata dalla antica colombaia.
This place is a stunning property suitable for 12 guests, with 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, and one is a double bedroom which can be transformed in a triple room. On request, childrens cots can be added.
There are 3 bathrooms, of which one is also suitable for disabled guests.
The property is decorated in arte povera style, the characteristic Tuscan classic simplicity.
The house consists of a ground floor where there are two large living rooms with sofa and armchairs, a fireplace, a dining table and chairs for ten. Attached the large kitchen with 4 burners, an oven, a microwave oven, a worktop, a dishwasher, two refrigerators with freezer and a large table of ten with chairs. Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom equipped for the disabled with shower and a bedroom with double bed and sofa bed. on the first floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower ). Of these two rooms are double with single beds, one is with double bed, and finally there is a single room. Also on the second floor is the dovecote where there is a romantic bedroom with a double bed.
Cots and cots for children under six are available if required. In the garden as well as the pergola with table and chairs next to the house, adjacent to the old oven and the stone grill and barbecue, a second lighted gazebo is located on the plateau where you can enjoy the view of the Ambra Valley, for dinners open up to twelve people and another wooden table with picnic seats and rope hammock. La strada che conduce alla casa ha un’ultima parte di sterrato, circa 300 metri e porta direttamente al parcheggio costituito da una tettoia di pannelli solari e legno di 4 posti auto. Vi è inoltre un garage aperto per 2 auto . La casa è strutturata per un basso impatto ecologico così il sistema elettrico e di riscaldamento dell'acqua è regolato dai pannelli fotovoltaici, il sistema idrico è ecocompatibile. La proprietà sarà ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti.
The road that leads to the house has a last part of dirt road, about 300 meters and leads directly to the parking lot consisting of a roof of solar panels and 4-car wood. There is also an open garage for 2 cars. The house is structured for a low ecological impact so the electrical system and water heating is regulated by photovoltaic panels, the water system is environmentally friendly, the vegetable garden and the orchard are available to guests.

La pulizia infrasettimanale per lunghe permanenze è a carico degli ospiti.
Su richiesta sono disponibili guide locali per escursioni nei boschi e cuochi locali per pranzi o cene italiane o brevi corsi di cucina italiana.
Non è incluso il costo del riscaldamento a gas che verrà calcolato rispetto al consumo.

Mid-week cleaning for long stays is charged to guests.
On request local guides are available for excursions in the woods and local cooks for Italian lunches or dinners or short Italian cooking classes.
